Rosalinda Cárdenas graduated from UCLA with a BA in History and later earned her MPA from CSUN. After a career in education teaching junior high History, she returned to UCLA to work at the community-based research center, Center for Health Services and Society and helped launch the beginning of PMHP where she oversees all administrative tasks.
