Elizabeth joined UCLA’s Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) in 2019. She is passionate about addressing disparities in access to and service provision of quality health and mental health care from both systems and clinical perspectives. Elizabeth specializes in training utilization of anti-stigma, trauma-informed, and harm reduction approaches with consideration of health outcomes/economics. Within PMHP, Elizabeth operates as Lead Implementation Specialist, assessing training needs, and designing and implementing training and capacity building opportunities in Full Service Partnership (FSP) programs throughout Los Angeles County.
