Stress Management

October 26, 2021

Presented by Jennifer Wisdom, PhD

In this training you’ll learn about how being exposed to some kind of stimulus or demand effects our body. In. some situations a stress response can improve performance, but over time, protracted stress can cause our performance decline significantly.

In times of stress, our bodies are looking for whether we’ve been here before, what was the outcome, and how we can cope. If there are not clear answers to these questions, we feel even more stressed. We will examine these questions and figure out how we can decrease the stress that is associated with our careers and cope with the stress of our work in a healthy way.
