Clinical Supervision for FSP Supervisors

This training will explore the principles of supervising an FSP team from a multidisciplinary approach. Participants will also learn about practices such as daily team meetings, a shared caseload approach, case consultations, and team debriefing. The training will discuss the foundational practices of the FSP model and its principles taken from the ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) model. The goal is to align current supervisory practices with the FSP model. The target audience for this training is both seasoned and newly appointed FSP supervisors who desire to enhance their team’s current practice model and establish a uniform practice approach.
